My research revolves around promoting healthy lifestyles through theory-driven physical activity interventions. Specifically, promoting physical activity to prevent cancer occurrence, alleviate the side effects of cancer and its treatments, and prevent cancer recurrence.

I'm interested in the development and implementation of time-effective physical activity interventions in community settings, the effectiveness of varying delivery methods of theory-driven physical activity interventions (e.g., internet, face-to-face, telephone counseling, apps), how the built environment influences intervention effectiveness, and the factors that influence physical activity.
